Room was not cleaned upon arrival. Made several requests to have the room cleaned the next day, and they even wrote down the rooms but it was not cleaned. Front desk was quite frustrating to talk to when asking for some towels on the 2nd night (with a room that wasn’t cleaned) and THEY were upset that we even asked (lol). Solid 4/10 hotel

The room was very clean although it had a musty smell. The king bed was super comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was too thin tho. My 2 teen daughters liked that there was 2 TVs with streaming services. The breakfast area was nice and spacious, food was varied and plenty. We really liked the breakfast hours and the check out time as we didn't felt rushed. It was a good stay and a great place.

Curtesy goes a long way
We booked this room for one night, needed a place to relax before an event. We showed up at 3pm and the room wasnt ready. No problem, we waited for 15 minutes which isn't horrible. The first receptionist was kind the second was not so kind. When asked if we can get something to drink for compensation...she gave me a warm bottled of water.

I love staying at this hotel. Always do when i stay in Parsippany NJ. However, the elevator needs to be replaced. It was very slow. And there still no ice machine on 4 floor. I had to go on 3 floor to get ice.

The room was cleaned every other day should be every day. Had to ask for towels some days they were short on towels. No one likes to use a towel twice. The toilet was low needs to be replaced with one higher especially for seniors. The toilet flush was inadequate had to flush several times. The shower head needs to be replaced or decalcified .They only serve breakfast and the eggs were salty and the rest of the food they offered was subpar not fresh. Did not offer a restaurant on premises had to leave for lunch or dinner. I would not stay at this location again.
