Called near 11pm and spoke to a man who said he would give us a AAA discount. The price was amazing! I knew about the parking fee and security deposit. Yet after he was done listing fees, the total price was more than double the original amount. So i went online and found the same room for less than the price that he originally offered. Upon arrival, there was a man checking in before us and it seemed he was a "member". He was given instructions for his stay in great detail. When we approched the desk, the employee(different person than the one i spoke to on the phone) was cold and gave no information at all. Not directed to our room, which number, time of breakfast, check out, ect. The room we entered was freezing, heat wouldnt work. Halls smelled of smoke, loud kids next door. Thankfully we were given another room on the 3rd floor. Which was the only kind thing done. It seems the 3rd floor is much nicer and maybe they discriminate unless a member or seem to have alot of money? The 3rd floor room was much nicer as far as furniture, quiet, smelled great, seemed cleaner, ect. The overnight employee just seemed angry and didnt speak to us when we bought snacks other than a price. Not even a response when we said "thank u" or "have a good night". Pretty sure i saw eye rolling. The cleaning staff seemed friendly though we wont be returning.
