Mediocre for a Hampton Inn
Just booked a one-day stay. For a Hampton Inn, more run-down than usual. Room had wall-brackets missing, furniture tired, carpets soiled. Elevator was not in normal service (getting maintenance), had to walk up to third floor. That doesn't bother me, but for some people would be very difficult, staff offered to help.

It was a convenient location from the event we were attending. Easy in and out parking. One of the elevators wasn’t working at all and the other elevator had to have an attendant on it to make sure if anyone got stuck, they could get help. We had to walk up and down the stairs. Also, the call button on the 4th floor didn’t work so we would’ve had to call downstairs to get the elevator.

Staff (front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast staff) was professional. Our questions were promptly answered. We felt at home. The premise was safe, well-lit and clean. Appliances worked efficiently. Overall this property gets a 3 star review because we booked an accessible room after viewing photos in the listing showing a walk in shower. The room we received had a tub with only one help bar and none near the toilet. In addition the elevator was only working if you called the desk and an operator brought it up to your floor. each time you wanted to leave the floor including the trip down to the lower floor below to get ice because the ice maker o our floor was broken The ice maker on the lower floor had towels piled in front of it because it was leaking. Also there was a light switch in the room that didn't do anything. You had to walk to a table lamp in the dark to turn on a light.

Disappointing housekeeping staff!
It was 10pm by the time we got to our room. My wife pulled back the covers and found hair on the pillows and sheets. We called and asked for new bedding. They brought up sheets for the bed and nothing else. We asked for new/clean bedding for everything. The guy brought the rest. We had to strip the dirty bedding ourselves and upon trying to put the new bedding on realized they brought us queen for a king size bed so we had to call them again to bring the right size bedding. The breakfast was ok but the sausage links looked like vegan.
