Jamie at the front desk is a gem, I called as I needed accommodations for mom and Jamie was right on it. She even greeted me by my name as soon as I walked in the front door even though we didn’t meet before! My key was ready and checking in was a 2 min process. She later checked in on us to see if we needed anything which I appreciated and let me know that the coffee was fresh! Impeccable service!

Excellent stay. However, when I asked for a late check-in, the time was 12, and yet at 11, the housekeeping staff opened my room even though the front desk granted a late check-out at 12 p.m.

Strong clorox smell
The staff are nice and very helpful. The hotle is very clean and breakfast was ok. The room had a very strong clorox smell that made our stay not great. They were not able to change rooms becaue it was sold out

Everything was parfect in our one day stay, except for one thing. My daughter loves swimming but the pool was very cold because the thermostat was broken so she went in the water for very short time.
