They originally had me in a second floor room with no elevator- they put me In a ground floor room- not telling me it was on the exterior of the building… right next to the freeway = LOTS OF TRAFFIC NOISE!

The room’ thermostat was not working and delivering nothing but heat when off, so they moved us to a different room. That room was the same and with the thermostat off, the heat rose 3 degrees in less than 5 minutes . As a result we left the slider open all night and the room was still over 70 at 73 in the morning with the thermostat off. We received a 25% discount for the room which was very nice. This could be a systemic problem in the property.

No Elevators in our wing-carry your bags up stair
The gave us a room that we had to walk up stairs with 2 large bags and carryons.... we are a senior couple and when asked about an elevator we were told there were no rooms in the corridors with an elevator. Really???

The facility is a great space, perfect stay for the night before a flight. Unfortunately, some don’t heed the “no smoking” aspect and will smoke weed right outside your window. The room was clean though, but the whole building is currently making upgrades so watch out for construction equipment.
