Welcome to After Dune Delight, Tower 2- Unit 1703. This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath sky home at the Portofino Island Resort, has been completely renovated and updated with upscale designer interiors. When I say completely remodeled, I mean it !!! New white granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, new high end furniture and fresh paint throughout . This unit is luxurious, yet comfortable. The owner/designer, decorated by bringing the outside in with using the colors of the sugar white sand and contrasting with the aquamarine colors of the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This unit is located on the 17th floor and sleeps 5 guests MAXIMUM, including children. You must be 25 to book and be staying on premise (in unit 2-1703) NO SMOKING nor any type of pets are allowed and we highly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking. If you bring your own bicycles, please park them in the bike racks provided on the Parking level.

The primary suite provides a king size bed with the famous “purple mattress” consisting of cool gel foam for the most restful sleep, after a long day at the beach. The suite has a huge 65" smart tv and opulent ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower with an updated new frameless glass enclosure, jacuzzi tub, & a white granite double vanity. A new make-up vanity and gorgeous shell mirror was added to the suite to make it easier to get ready for that special night out.

The second suite has two twin beds(these are children's beds) with a full private bath with tub/shower and access to the balcony and a 35' smart tv.

The spacious living room has a brand new posh white leather couch and 2 leather chairs, as well as a twin sleeper ottoman with a memory foam mattress, 75" smart tv, and access to the balcony .

The fully furnished gourmet kitchen features Bosch appliances, Keurig coffee maker, french press, Breville blender, toaster and All-clad cookware. This gourmet kitchen has all the necessary items to make a delicious meal that you can enjoy in the dining area, which seats up to six people or on the balcony, where there is a romantic table for two, with magnificent views of both the sound and the Gulf of Mexico !!

All of the rooms have a beautiful water view of the Santa Rosa sound or the Gulf of Mexico. Portofino consists of 5 towers, this condo is located in tower 2 and is facing due East for magnificent unobstructed sunrises that will become your favorite view. This owner left no details unturned ! The bonus of being in tower 2, is that it is adjacent to the lifestyle center, which is the heart of the resort. The spa, gym and restaurants are all located in the lifestyle center. Each of Portofino's five Mediterrean inspired towers, features its own outdoor heated pool and a whirlpool spa, plus one covered parking spot for your convenience.(#233) Portofino is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and is the last buildings on Pensacola Beach. The Portofino Resort is also adjacent to the Gulf Island National Seashore, you can choose to walk across the street to the beach or get in your car and drive to an undeveloped park area, where you can find all the privacy and serenity you would like between Portofino Resort and the next populated area called Navarre Beach. If you are a movie buff, you might be interested in knowing that much of Steven Spielberg's Jaws II, was filmed at Navarre Beach, which is just a short car ride away.

As you enjoy your morning coffee from bed or the balcony of either bedroom, you'll be in awe of the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. This spectacular condo will blow you away with all the added extras, that many rentals do not provide. Leave your beach towels and beach chairs at home because we provide those, along with a beach umbrella, a cooler and some beach toys for the little ones. All conveniently located in the condo. We have truly thought of everything to make your vacation a memorable one, with lots of attention to detail. There is even a Pack and Play provided.

Portofino Resort amenities include the spa, fitness center and Portofino dining, including Coastal, Al Fresco and Gulfside Grille. The food is delicious and room service is also available. Bedding : 1 KING, 2 TWINS and 1 TWIN memory foam sleeper ottoman in the living room. This unit sleeps 5 max.

This luxury condo will be completely cleaned and sanitized between each guest reservation. Lysol Laundry Sanitizer will be used to sanitize all bedding and towels. Seventh generation laundry detergent is used exclusively and is a Free & Clear product, for those with sensitive skin.
