The property was a little outdated. The breakfast was limited, and wasn't available for a period of time, and room was dirty, and had a bad smell.

Unsatisfied stay

We have stayed at this location several times before but this experience was different.We had room 210…2nd floor It had roaches and bugs in the restroom. My husband took pictures. The bathtub faucet did not completely cut off. So the water ran constantly dripping. After taking showers the whole bathroom was wet, including our changing clothes and towels from the steam from the shower. Because it has no vents. Also the hinges on the restroom door was rusted probably because of the water as well. This time was an unhappy stay.

Terrible hotel

When we got there, the front desk agent was rude. We got in the elevator and it sounded like something was knocking in the elevator. We got in the room and the room was humid and hot. We almost instantly sough a bug in the bathroom, 5 or 6 the entire time we were in the room. There was mold on the lamp shade and the air filter for the a/c unit probably hadn’t been changed since last year.

Window facing 1/2 wall. Portion with sun: curtain broken won't close. Toilet seat moving to out of the bowl. Clean sheets and good mattress in a very large room. Very very basic breakfast.

The second time we stayed. This one didn’t go as the first time. The room we got was #142 right next to the stairs and the ice maker. Until 1:30 in the morning on Saturday people stumping on the stairs. We believe the kids playing. Noise from the ice machine all night. And since we were wide awake we saw two roaches go underneath the bed. Not a good experience
