The outside of the property was very nice and well kept. Our room had a beach view so we had a beautiful view of the Gulf from our balcony. In my opinion the pool side bar was a bit pricey but it was definitely nice to have it.

Horrible service

I had a horrible stay! We went on a 5 day trip with my toddler, and all I was looking for was for convenience and relax time. The pool and the beach are amazing, however the hotel service is horrible. When we arrive I told I need a crib for my kid, they only deliver the crib in the room, no setup, no sheets, no mattress. During our stay we did not had any housekeeping in our room, I think you can imagine how the room was when we left, coming and going to the beach everyday. The bath towels are in really bad shape, they are rough, small, old. The parking is paid per day ($25), which makes no sense since we park at the hotel lot. There is a beach service but is from a third party and very expensive, $50 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. The breakfast is ok, not great/delicious, but simple and ok to eat. At the end, all the convience of paying for a hotel which you expect to have a full service, you got nothing. So for the price you can find better stays.

Beautiful location with a TON of potential. The pool area and easy access to the beach are the best part. The pool bar/coffee shop is a highlight. The food was limited but tasty, the staff was nice, we frequented this area throughout our stay. Also, the White Caps Ice Cream shop was fantastic! Cons: -tiles around the pool area are crazy slippery...almost biffed it on the first day. -pool area bar waiter/attendant completely ignored my BF and I two days in a row, never even acknowledging us. -some staff were rude and acted like any question or request was a major inconvenience (ex: towel attendant when asked for a towel; front desk when asked a question). -our room wasnt serviced at all... had to call the front desk and ask for clean towels ... took more than an hour for them to arrive. We tried to call again for an ETA but reception didnt answer. -The trash was overflowing, in our room and in several common areas. -the elevators are excruciatingly slow, there are only two for a 6-floor hotel, and one of them doubles as the service elevator. -the rooms weren't very clean, there was sand on the floor when we arrived. -the rooms showed an unual amount of wear/grim -parking is a separate $25 -chairs /umbrellas on the beach are very expensive ($60/day). Overall, definitely missed the bar for a Marriot at $230+/night. However, they have the potential for being absolutely fantastic if they sort out some simple opperations/management type issues.

Our stay was fine. We loved the pool and the beach. Our room was nice. Navarre was having water issues which affected the hotel. I knew before we arrived that I would pay $25 dollars to park in the open parking lot per night, although I do think that is extreme. It is a nice hotel and the location is wonderful. But the water issues and the parking fee kept me from giving an excellent review.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast did not disappoint. The hotel is kid friendly. The beach view you was beautiful. I'm looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful views! All staff we encountered were fantastic. The cleaning crew was exceptional. The bad- for $25 a day parking i shouldn’t have searched 5 floors to find a luggage cart. The on site restaurant was a disappointment, the staff was great, the old fashion was amazing. The shrimp linguine tasted like ketchup and the chicken Wellington was dry. The pool bar team was very friendly and attentive. We live staying at Springfields and will continue to do so.
