Another bad experience
This was the second time i have stayed and been very disappointed. It was probably my 6th stay there since it opened. Staff could careless about your needs. Check in was a joke trying to communicate my previous experience and not wanting to relive that again. Room was so heavily deodorized i needed Zyrtec and benadryl to prevent respiratory issues and hives like my previous visit in the spring that landed me in the ER.

The property was very well maintained and conveniently located just far enough from I75 not to be bothered by the noise of the highway. The first reason for choosing this location was to get a good night's rest. This was impossible during our stay since our room was incredibly damp to the point we were unable to sleep.

The walk in shower needs work. I stayed at the one in Smyrna TN and it was great. This one has water all over the floor. Did not go down the drain. There was a blower in the room when I arrived, so I'm obviously not the only one

The outside and inside decor was lovely. Spacious areas, room was clean, comfortable and well designed. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - hot water for tea and oatmeal was not even warm, muffins were cold, kitchen staff seemed more interested in socializing with each other.
