The person who booked us in could have a least smiled, seemed like we were disturbing her evening! Asked the person who booked us in if there was anywhere to eat . Was told you could not walk to any! THERE WAS A LEAST 10 within 200 yds or less of the reception desk. Need to remember that their is at least 5 other motels within a mile of this facility.

We were very surprised by the condition of this hotel given the great reviews. The floor in our room was installed terribly with cracks and very scratched up. The room had an odor underneath the spray that they tried to cover it up. The shower had just a trickle of water and leaked onto the floor. Would not stay at this hotel again

It was clean, quiet and overall an excellent overnight stay. There were several dehumidifiers in the hallways. Not exactly sure why. Breakfast and coffee were provided with a good assortment. That is always a plus.

The stay was ok but at checkout the girl had said she would apply military discount which was better than the online discount and that she would ok it with management, later that evening she said she had cleared with management and applied discount and that we would have the new balance at checkout. Well at checkout the manager on duty came out and said that we could not get the discount, and she had attitude. It was her call at the end which was ok but her flippant attitude left me a little upset. She could have handled the situation with a little more respect.

The front desk receptionist was unfriendly. The rest of the staff were great. We had to be issued keys multiple times to access the room. The sound proofing between rooms is inadequate, and the sound of clomping above was noticeable. Great value and very reasonable pet fee. All things considered, we would stay there again.
