One of the Best Hotels

This hotel is amazing! There was a bunk bed that my boys loved. There was also a balcony that we enjoyed. The hotel was clean and updated. We loved it!

In an attempt to save money (yeah yeah, live and learn!!!), my daughter and I stayed here after at concert at Ford Field. The property is located in a nice enough area but seemed to bring in some trouble. Upon arriving at 11pm we heard quite a bit of onnoxious noise down the hall, which wasn’t terribly alarming considering it was a Saturday night. A couple of hours later and I’d had enough. I opened the door to find 6 Dearborn police officers escorting my neighbors out of the hotel. I’m not sure if that made me feel more or less safe. Needless to say, next time I’ll pay the extra $$ and stay at the casino!

Staff go over & above to take care of their guests; exceptional! Breakfast was surprisingly very good too, with top notch staff to provide unparalleled customer service. Comfortable room, and nice facilities. Great location too. No scenic views, but close to many wonderful places.

My mom & I stayed here 5 nights in mid June and were super happy we did. The hotel was spacious, clean and well-run by very friendly, helpful staff. Our room on the 4th floor was enormous, well laid-out & appointed. Our window looked out on the parking lot however we still had a view of greenery beyond it and tons of sky. Extra shout out to Jacob at the front desk and to the woman (whose name I didn’t catch) who ran the entire busy breakfast scene Thursday thru Sunday during our stay. She def works her tail off whilst still being friendly & so accommodating to the myriad, sometimes tons of, people who shuffle through each morning.

Absolutely outstanding front office staff! These folks worked hard to make a difficult situation easier for me; and I am grateful. Turned out my reservation through Expedia was 1 day later (oh no!!).
