Our room was not fully cleaned, which is not a great feeling walking into a room. It was addressed the next morning when we brought it to their attention. The lobby feels pretty small and cramped. Parking is really limited, with two spaces solely for EV charging that were mostly unoccupied. They do live music on the roof. Saturday night was understandable but Sunday was surprising. The sound carries for quite a ways, if quiet is more your thing. The high prices seem more to reflect the lack of options in this area as opposed to the quality of this property unfortunately. It was just average.

The room was nice & clean. the noise from the kitchen, bathroom/elevators was much! The upstairs roof top was very nice, however, VERY understaffed! The pool area was nice. The breakfast bar didn't offer much in the way of protein (had a Lot of carb and sugar foods). The price of the room seemed a little high for not waterfront access or views.

Hotel is very nice, great friendly helpful staff. Couldn’t use the roof top because of the weather but still had music in the Lo Bar, which we loved. We will be back for sure !

I was excited to stay at the Earl. The hotel met all of my expectations except from an audible perspective. My king room, which I believe was 100 or 101, offered a unique view right on main street and next to the drawbridge. While the room itself was great, my headboard was up against the kitchen area, the drawbridge opening was well heard, especially in the early morning, and the elevator along with the passing guests kept me well informed of the evening wine tasting.

Roof top bar was OK, drinks were mediocre, the firepit on the roof is not operational. Outdoor hot tub was out of service. Over priced.

This is a great location for Charlevoix! We were able to walk to the beach, shops and meals and that was exactly what we were looking for. We loved how updated and modern the hotel was. The room was very clean except the shower floor and shower curtain, both of those really need a deep clean but other than those things, I was overall comfortable with the cleanliness. There is a fire detector in the bedroom on the ceiling which is definitely a must, but this one flashed a light constantly so that was very annoying all through the night when we were trying to sleep. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Rooftop not open due to weather. A lot of staff but room barely ready at 400. Hot tub was enjoyed. They were able to accommodate our camper for parking

Outstanding property. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Clean & gorgeous everything! The lobby, pool, jacuzzi, fitness facility, lo bar, hi bar, outside grounds and my beautiful room with balcony. The staff were over the top helpful, professional and very friendly! Thankyou we will be back

Everyone and everything was fantastic from the moment I walked in the building. Front desk staff was stellar and the rooftop bartenders were awesome!! Love this hotel! I'll be back for sure!
