Comfy city retreat! Hands down the best location in Gilbert, very family friendly. This exquisite city gem hides among a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to all the major shopping areas including the popular San Tan Village shopping center. Approx 1700 sq ft, equipped with everything. This house is serene, calming , inviting and welcoming, also reasonably priced through out the year.
Guests have the entire home to themselves! Two car garage, laundry room, living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and suite with walk in closet. Great Wi-Fi connection and Roku devices on all the TVs. The community has its own pool, volleyball area, basket ball courts and 2 tot lots (playgrounds). Close to the 202 Freeway, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Discovery Park, Shopping and Food Establishments.
GATHERINGS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please only book this home if you will respect the quiet neighborhood. Strict noise ordinance after 10pm.
