✅ABOUT SHERWOOD FOREST
“Sherwood Dream” cabin is located near the top of Sherwood Forest Resort, a log cabin community located at the southern end of Pigeon Forge... just 3 minutes from from the Parkway at traffic light #10. The community features underground utilities, street lights, fire hydrants, and city water... no well water issues! Natural gas outdoor grills mean no worries about securing propane or charcoal. The community pool is open seasonally to all guests. There are no steep, scary roads on the way to the cabin. Cabin parking is mildly sloped and can accommodate 3 cars. (Please contact us regarding occasional winter weather road exceptions.) The resort has cameras at each entrance gate and at the community pool. Community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

The Sherwood Dream is Spectacular!

The Sherwood Dream cabin was so beautiful, comfortable and fun! The views are gorgeous! The location is perfect for Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Comforts of home fit our family well! When not out sightseeing, the games and hot tub at the cabin also helped to entertain our family!

Watching the sunrise over the smoky mountains from this place was a treat unto itself. It's just an absolutely beautiful setting and a great cabin that's set up nicely for all ages.

Close to pigeon forge but quiet with great views

We had a great time at this property. The kids and adults loved the game room (air hockey and arcade games) plus theatre room! Best we’ve seen. The hot tub and outdoor seating were nice for the cool mornings and evenings. We enjoyed dining in and using the grill which worked great. No complaints at all - worth every penny!

Great views and lots of fun!

We had a great time at this property. It provided that cabin retreat feel that we were looking for. Everything was kept up well and we had a great time. The rec area and movie theater were great for the kids. It did snow about 3 inches while we were there. The road to get up to the cabin is quite steep for about half a mile, and we were unable to get our two wheel drive vehicles up to the cabin from the resort entrance. Not ideal for bad weather conditions, though the streets were salted the next day and road conditions improved in time for check-out.

Beautiful property in the perfect location! Cabin was equipped with everything you could need. Hot tub was a huge hit for adults and kids! And the theater room was the perfect spot to end every evening. We all had the best time, thank you!

Great family vacation!

Beautiful cabin and the view was amazing! I loved watching the sunrise over the mountains, and the kids and kids at heart enjoyed the movie room and game room. We enjoyed being together making fun memories.

We loved our short but sweet stay. The cabin came equipped with more things than a typical vrbo. It was also prettier in person. Beautiful location and views. Owners were very easy to communicate with and genuine good people! I would definitely recommend staying here. We hope to go back there soon!

Amazing retreat!

My parents, myself, my husband, and our two daughters booked this cabin for our family vacation. We originally thought we’d have my sister and her husband join us, but they were unable to come. There was more than enough room for us all plus two more if not more! The drive up to the cabin was steeper than anticipated, so make sure the weather and your car are capable of the trip. Ideal location, close to everything in town but secluded with incredible views. We would absolutely book again. The cabin was very well stocked with games, kitchen, essentials, and more! We loved the movie room, but it would’ve been nice to have had a DVD player. We loved the little popcorn station! Everything was clean and cozy.

I looked for months. This cabin was an easy yes. The location, views, and space! The movie room was our favorite spot next to the porch. All of our kids were present for our daughter’s wedding. Beautiful home!

The property is up almost to the top of the properties around. The view is spectacular and the home is beautiful! The kids had their own space downstairs (in which was basically sound proof) and the adults on the main level. Spent every night out on the porch with the view. Communication with owners was very easy and quick! Would definitely stay here again if we go back!!

Excellent cabin

Everything was as described, easy process from start to finish. A couple of recommendations, we didn’t use the pool table as it is really not useable. Too big for the space, only had two cue sticks, one had tip broken. Needs a smaller table, or at the least a couple short cue sticks. The game machine was very finicky to use. The joy sticks are basically shot. minor things. Would still highly recommend this cabin. Awesome view.

An absolute Dream!

This was our first stay in Pigeon Forge and we couldn’t have asked for a better cabin! The cabin itself was perfect for our crew of 8. It was clean and well stocked, spacious with cute decor throughout, and lots of things to keep the kids busy including a pool table, games, and movie room. The views are incredible, and while we felt secluded we weren’t far from anything we wanted to do…from baseball at the Ripken Experience to fun activities in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain National Park…everything was a short drive away. And thankfully the roads to/from the cabin aren’t bad at all! Host Janice was great! From providing a super helpful handbook with everything we needed to know, to checking in on us once we arrived, to answering our questions both before and during our stay, she was a top notch host. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The views from the home are breathtaking and worth the steep roads up the to cabin! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. Perfect family vacation cabin

Janice was exceptional at keeping us informed and communicating throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed for an unbelievable experience. Beautiful view

This cabin was perfect for my family. Far enough away from the action to be peaceful, yet close enough to everything to be convenient. My kids loved the theater room and the hot tub after a busy day, and my favorite part was rocking my new grandbaby on the porch and taking in the beautiful view. The cabin was clean, and well stocked, and the owners were very nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.

My husband our son's and their wife's all just stayed at this lovely cabin for two nights. We had a great time, our hosts were wonderful and very attentive to every detail to making check in and check out so easy. The cabin is immaculate, very comfortable with beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Our perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin!! We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. It was very well stocked. We loved the hot tub and the theatre room was the highlight!! We watched movies as a family every night! The cabin is so close to literally everything. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go!! We have found our spot and will definitely be back!!
