We had a one night getaway from the flood to celebrate my grandsons birthday. The room was nice, clean with very comfortable beds. The hot/cold breakfast was delicious with something for everyone. Hopefully we can return for a longer stay when our lives can get back to normal and the destruction and chaos in our area of Western NC is healed.

Excellent. Beds could use better mattresses, like memory foam. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Recommend to friends.

Needs renovation
This place was very clean and the staff was great. I’m just not sure how it has such a high rating. It’s in dire need of a renovation. Everything is very old and worn out, including the beds. The cleaning staff and front desk do an amazing job with what they have to work with. I will say it’s priced accordingly for the shape it’s in, so that’s good.

This property is right across the street from Dolly Stampede and about 2.5 miles from Dollywood. We enjoyed our stay with a comfortable, clean room. Continental breakfast includes hot and cold items and the indoor pool was a plus. The only negative is that it appears as if the rooms have fire places. They don't have functioning fire places. Great experience overall.

Convenient location. Nice enough rooms for the price. I would stay again, however, I would not stay in a room in the pool area. The smell of Chlorine was overwhelming and it's loud from early morning, all through the day.
