Great value! A bit far from the main part of Pigeon Forge, but right near the intersection to Dollywood Lane. Had some issues with finding a parking spot, but was able to park without worry after speaking with the front desk.

Everyone was very friendly. The rooms and pool were very clean. Nice selection and variety of breakfast items. Stayed with children and disabled person accommodations were excellent. Very close the island and multiple places to eat within walking distance.

Great location , clean hotel!
So impressed with this Best Western! This was a last minute booking as we were coming through just for the night. I always like Best Western and this one did not disappoint. The rooms are very nicely remodeled and clean and we got a very large, 2 queen bed room overlooking the pool! It was busy so we didn’t take advantage of the pool, but maybe next time when it isn’t so busy. It was nice having 2 pools available. Staff was very friendly as well. This will be on our hotel list next time we are in town!
