Beautiful views, perfect location

We had a lovely time here for our vacation in the Smokies. The mountain view’s are incredible and the cabin has everything you need. The only drawback we had was the water for the jacuzzi and shower were very touchy (difficult to change from scorching hot) and wouldn’t turn off fully; there were also what looked like urine stains on the mattress cover when we stripped the sheets before leaving. But these were little things, we overall do recommend this place and would return.

Overall, the cabin was extremely clean. The bathroom AC vent was disgustingly, dirty, needs to be cleaned, and the vent replaced. There were no dish towels, dish, rags, or hot pot holders in the kitchen

The Perfect Baby Moon Location

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our baby moon. It was the perfect location where we were only 10-15 minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed several mornings and evenings just sitting on the back deck in the rocking chairs just enjoying the magnificent view. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this property!

Wonderful

Beautiful cabin on the top side of the mountain with views that are amazing from the balcony. Very well decorated and supplies were good, but needed a little bit more cleaning to the spots people don't normally see. For example under the bed, I was looking for the remote and looked under the bed and was not happy! It was very dirty! I mean dust balls of hair! Also I don't think anyone ever cleaned out the lint trap of the dryer unit, which BTW was awesome to have in the room. I cleaned them out but it should really be vacuumed before there is a fire. Also the cold air return on the staircase wall needs to be cleaned, there is a lot of dust in the vents. Overall a very great place and we enjoyed ourselves!

Mountain Getaway

The views did not disappoint they were awesome. We did have some hairs found in the bed linens that was concerning. They rest of the unit was very clean. There was some daytime noise from work being done on nearby cabin. We could also hear people in other cabins when they were outside. We wish there were small shampoo bottles like in other cabins we have stayed in. Overall a great stay and would consider again.

Beautiful Pigeon Forge

This cabin is wonderful. We vacation with our two GSDs and finding a place that allows big dogs is great. The views the peaceful surroundings were everything we hoped to be.

Great place to stay!

We were extremely thankful to be able to bring our fur babies. It was the motivation behind choosing this location. Everything was in good order and function as it should. It was very comfortable and homey, with spectacular views! Would stay here again.

Great view

I chose this property mainly for the view, my concerns were that it would be clean, have a great view and comfortable bed. The only issue really was the hot tub. I turned it on to verify it was working and it had a dirty foam immediately, I contacted management via text and they put in a workorder for the next day. No one ever showed. The problem was the filter had never been cleaned, I cleaned it and at that point it was OK. The kitchen is bare minimum, Not even salt and pepper, Utensils are all cheap, But it works. For what I paid per night I would have expected a little better. I was able to make the Tv's work but the remotes are difficult to understand and there are no instructions. We had a great time playing pool and using the arcade machine. The house is clean, good firm bed, and great view. Probably would book earlier and look for a better value next time.

Comfort - slightly humid

Only very slight issue was the cabin seem to stay humid. Linens felt slightly damp in the mornings. Thermostat was on 72-73. Temp felt comfortable but just seemed a little humid. Granted we did have a lot of rain. Not a show stopper at all. We will definitely be back.

Very nice cabin

Cute, cozy, great accommodations, beautiful view. It was especially nice because of a full moon. As we sat on the porch in the evening, it was beautiful to watch the moon change from a glowing orange to a bright white. We could also see Jupiter and Saturn very clear. The sunrise was just as beautiful as we sat on the porch drinking our coffee. Convienent to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Quick little get away

We loved our stay. Great view. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Roku remote was missing so had to use the app on our phone and the bed is really soft, like a cloud kinda hard to get out of.

Cute cabin, super busy.

The cabin was nice and the view was great. We went during Spring Break and were very overwhelmed with how busy it was. Everywhere we went we got stuck in traffic. We took our dog, but there was nowhere around to walk her and the road is so steep and people drive so fast that it made me nervous to try with the dog and kids. We were missing a remote and called on that. The manager that showed up to help was very nice, he said he'd come back with a remote but never did. We ended up figuring out how to use our phones as a remote so were able to watch some movies. The hot tub was great until my daughter got a rash from it. She does have sensitive skin, but swims in our pool all the time without a problem. View was amazing, but way too many people for us.

Great cabin , awesome view and close to everything .

Overall we enjoyed the cabin . View is amazing , it’s exactly what’s listed online . Close to restaurants on Parkway. Only small problem was the remote for the tv in the living room is missing, had to download the roku app on phone. Whoever cleaned the bathroom ,left the old towels from previous guests behind the door but did not forget to leave us new ones . The head board of the bed, and lamps need dusting as well. Missing blinds in the dining windows . Overall, we had a great stay and cabin experience . We will come back !

Amazing cabin

The location of the cabin was perfect, close to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg downtown areas. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Only complain was living room tv was not working, would turn on but not allow us to put channels/other apps.

Beautiful condo, great location, couple of issues

We are a 70s retired couple who spent 3 nights here as a COVID-19 getaway. The place was wonderful. The location was great. We loved the immaculate hot tub with the mountain view, the pool table and the tabletop arcade game upstairs. However, the washing machine was broken and not usable. It had old water left in it that would not drain, which we discovered on our 2nd day there. We had not been informed of this ahead of time. When we called (on a Saturday) they said the cleaning people had notified them and they had set up the repair for the following Monday (our day of departure). They offered to try to send somebody out to fix it on the weekend but couldn't tell us when they would be coming and we didn't want to be exposed workers in the place during the COVID outbreak. Also, despite clear advertising that this was a pet-friendly place, there were signs inside the unit that dogs were strictly forbidden. We had originally booked through VRBO, causing confusion, as we got correspondence from both VACASA and VRBO.
