Nasty Room

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. The sink had bugs in it, the shower had mold, no toilet paper was in the room, no towels or wash rags, the floor had not been swept or mopped, and the tv did not work. They moved us to a new room however while sitting on the bed watching tv they gave our room to another family and they walked in on us and got mad at us for being in that room. Then the next day they did the same thing and gave our room to someone else. The swimming pool had not been cleaned or skimmed and had rough surface where concrete is busting up. This hotel had not be cared for at all.

No towels or wash cloths in the room. Went and asked and was given 2 towels and 2 wash cloths for 2 people for 2 days. Was told I could not have any more. No garbage cans or phone in the room. There was decaf coffee in the room but no coffee pot to fix it. Beds were horrible. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in Pigeon Forge. We will never stay here again

The worst and nastiest place I have ever willingly stayed at. I tried to get another place but it was after midnight. Checked under beds to ensure no dead bodies or meth lab was under there. Wore my clothes and shoes when laying on top of the bed. The smell of the room forever be in my nostrils and remind of what it must been like to in 16th century during black plague.

The office manager was a very disrespectful. Arrived at 3:45 he stated the room was no ready and gave me attitude. Came back 30min later room was not ready and the manager stated he didn't like my attitude and stated he would not serve me. He attended to other guests and they received their rooms. He argued with me about my room would not give his name for reference. We did not get a room. Very bad service. No refund.

The room was dirty, no shades on light fixtures, toilet broke but was fixed, no towels, no blankets on the beds, only 2 pillows per bed, 20% of TV channels had no sound, smoke alarm or as chirping until the staff replaced the battery. Hotel was conveniently located and the staff tried to help but they were not able easily accessible.

Awful isn't a strong enough word. It was odd that the bed was made with fitted sheet, blanket, top sheet, in that order. I like to sleep between 2 sheets, so I untucked the bottom to switch them and two surgical syringes fell out of the covers (probably an issue for the health department). This also makes me seriously wonder if the bedding had been changed. I turned them in and the lady at the front desk said she'd report it to management but I've heard nothing. The floor was filthy. When I walked across the floor barefooted, my feet were black. Bathtub was badly stained and pitted. Hand sink ran at barely a trickle.There were two packs of coffee in room but no coffee pot. The room had lots of big black flies, annoying little sewer flies and a spider. Part of one bed rail was broken and sticking out. Bathroom door would not close, loose hinge. We had no maid service at all while we were there. There were no hand towels. A ceiling tile in bathroom was pushed up put of place and dirty. Broken wall hooks. Website said free coffee and breakfast item. Not! The lobby was locked up each day in the mornings. When we left, room keys were to be put in an unsecured open box. No food, vending machines, or ice machines available. Unmaintained, and the management doesn't seem to care. Totally unacceptable and in total filth and disrepair. Outside trash cans were open and running over. I think we should be refunded. I used to respect the Wyndham name, but now, not so much.

No iron box and hair dryer. I booked a non smoking room but the room smelled otherwise. Carpet is very dirty and with lot of dust and dirt. Property is not clean.

Entire facility is disgusting. Had to be moved from our original room to another room due to horrible smell, no blankets on beds and awful huge yellow stain in bathtub. Second room wasn't much better but doable. No towels, had to walk to office to get them multiple times. Old mattresses/equipment/furniture thrown in stacks literally all around property leaning against railings right outside of rooms. Smells awful walking in hallways. Trash and litter all over ground in front of rooms. Would not recommend to. anyone.

Terrible experience

Bathroom mirror was broken, wall on two sides were broken. Carpet was so dirty and stinky, They didn't clean the room before we checked in. We found left over food on the table and food on the floor. Hairs on the beds. Balcony door was broken. Another door didn't close properly. Scary part was bed bugs bit my son and me. At least 10 bites on my son's hand. I caught one from by back when it bit me and we were confirmed it was bed bug. Website said non smoking which is not true. They have swimming pool but water was about 2 feet and dirty. Had intension to take picture of broken wall and dirty carpets but forgot. No one available in the office after 12am. We try to reach them to clean the room over the phone using different numbers that we found on the entrace door and other places. No one answered.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The front desk clerk didn’t ask for photo id, the sheets had stains, no tissue in the bathroom, no towels, the lock on the door was broken. Then there was a sign saying no breakfast coffee only. After seeing the room we left and turned the key back in. Had to go and purchase another room. Have been trying to contact the hotel regarding my refund, I can not get an answer on the phone to the hotel at all. This was suppose to be a quick stress free break and it started with this.

When we arrived there was a long line of ppl in the lobby.Almost all of them were asking for a redund upon seeing their rooms. I asked the desk clerk for a newly remodeled room which he did give us. The room wasnt dirty but there was overflowing garbage everywhere you looked on the property. The room had no towels or blankets. Went to the desk but nobody is ever there When chexkout time came the desk clerk was outside talking on her phone and smoking. She told me to put my key on the counter then continued on with her conversation as if i was the one being rude for interrupting her! Our room wasnt horrible but i definitely do not plan on staying there again

The property did not inform me that they were overbooked until I arrived. I traveled from another state under the impression that I had somewhere to stay when I arrived, and I did not. Even from the front lobby, the property did not look clean. The front office staff were not friendly, and I still cannot contact the property regarding my refund. I would also not recommend booking through Expedia or any third party site. What is the point of using a third party site when their records and information are not up to date, and they also can't get in touch with the property to process my refund. I have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience with the hotel and Expedia.
