Old run down . Dodgy Bug bucket oil cigarette butts outside our no. Smoking room. Lamp shades had original plastics sill in them even though they were old Old power points and antenna leads were hanging out if the walls hidden by fur places I front of them Staff were nice

It was a nice enough place but we took our Labrador and didn't know that they had a weight limit and an extra 20 dollars a night for the dog

I didn’t like that the door,I had to actually push to lock the dead bolt or the door would remain open and you could just push and get in. The shower had brown stuff all in the knob of the tub and on the shower head and it wouldn’t turn on. I tried all different ways and nothing. It was a non smoking room and smelt like someone had smoked in it before.

We only had 3 towels and 3 wash cloths, we did ask a few times for additional towels and never received them. There was no hair dryer in the room, basic updates would have been nice, several places there was still dirt in the room. We did like that the rooms are opened with a key and there were no stairs-you used a wrap around incline to get to the next level.

Great Value Hotel-Nothing fancy

Our stay was great. Very quiet. Just an old motel nothing special but it was a clean place to stay. No issues. The only thing they could do better on is the toiletries. There were 3 of us that stayed in one room. We only got one small bottle of shampoo and a small bar of the really cheap dry soap. When I asked for more I got one more small bottle of shampoo. We made do with what was given. Not really an issue just maybe something to think about. The pool was a wonderful addition to our stay, it was SUPER CLEAN and was cleaned daily. Just again an old motel. Great price and we would stay there again as we frequent pigeon forge.

Just your average hotel similar to others in the area. Great location right on the edge of town. Front desk staff was super friendly and they were able to provide extra blankets and pillows on request. Compared to other hotels in the area, it at least looks like they are attempting some limited upkeep. I have to admit this place could use a facelift, but can’t beat the price. It’s not the Sheraton so I didn’t expect anything spectacular. This motel could use a good deep cleaning, but overall, I’ve stayed in much worse. In pigeon forge, you’re either getting a somewhat dirty motel like this one or you’re paying $300 for the fancier hotels. I prefer the cheaper ones and this motel was one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. Shout out to the staff, however, as they were amazing and friendly.

Not so good

I had stayed here before years ago and but it has gone way down hill. There were dirt and stains all over tje wallas and doors. Stuff on the windows. In the corners and around the edge of the walls there was lots of dust and dirt. Smelled dingy. The shower curtain was orange with gunk amd mold . The toilet paper holder and towel holder had been pulled out of the wall and patched back. The sheets and bed looked clean and didnt see any bugs but i did leave with some kind of bug bites on my feet, legs, and arms. The front desk lady at checkin was super nice and sweet. Won't stay here again. Definitely needs a really good cleaning.
