Hotel was new, no issues very happy with our stay. There was a little outside traffic noise early but that is to be expected in the middle of Pigeon Forge on a Saturday night, defiantly not the property's fault! We were very impressed with the large TV's in the rooms and had an enjoyable stay. We didn't stay for breakfast so I cannot comment on that, but staff was very informative and helpful.

Overall it is a good place to stay. It’s very motel-ish. It’s clean and the service was pretty good. Room was clean and we were surprised to have a 65’ inch tv on the wall. Housekeeping came by everyday asking if we needed anything and offered to clean the room. We didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. The outdoor hot tub was my absolute favorite. I felt like I was at a spa or something. Loved it. The location is good and in a good area to get to most things. I just want to know where they purchased the pillows from. They were so comfortable and soft.
