Happy with our choice.
We were able to check in an hour early as our room was ready. We had the friendliest people helping at the desk. Every interaction we had with staff for positive. We loved the games available to play in the lobby, we didn't use either of the pools but was a nice clean area. Breakfast was great! Loved all the topping choices for the waffles or pancakes. Lots of fresh fruit options and yogurt, nice and clean and seemed to be fully stocked at the different times we came down. Overall a very good choice.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Pigeon Forge. Their breakfast tops everyones by a mile. It is easy and quick to anything around. Always convenient and the staff has always been great to us.

The location of the property was great. Stayed Saturday night and Sunday night. Arrived a little earlier than expected Saturday and the staff was great, asked if there was a way to check in early and they had us in a room by 2pm when check in wasn’t until 4. This was the only good thing about our stay here. Sunday morning at 6:40AM was woke up to blaring music by the baseball fields next door so loud you would have thought it was coming from the tv in the room. Terrible way to wake up on vacation. The room was clean but smelled terrible of bleach/ mold. Come to find out that there is no exhaust fan in the room and the window is sealed shut, this made our entire stay soaking wet, upon getting home and unpacking we found that all of our clothes/ bags are soaking wet from the moisture in the room. Made it very hard to sleep not to mention when you finally got to sleep the next door neighbors at the baseball field made sure you were wide awake before the sun was even up. I mentioned something to the staff about the room being wet and the awful music in the morning and they did not seem surprised about either thing. Also the pillows seem to be completely wore out despite the hotel being pretty new, the bed was hard as a rock. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else to either!

Let's start with what I like. Location is perfect if you like local shops and the Island. The pool and exercise room was much needed and appreciated all at a great price. Also the sky deck was great. What I didn't like. I was on the Fifth floor and all I heard all light long was the megaphone from Cal Ripkin baseball and the music blasting. The breakfast was nice but the pancake machine was hot or miss if it was working correctly that day. No coffee maker in the room and no daily newspaper I could find. The breakfast has no real non dairy or vegan options unless you want bread with jelly or maybe a banana. Overall a 3/5 and could very easily be a 5 with very little details . Add vegan options, add non dairy creamer to the coffee/tea bar and maybe Cal Ripkin museum could tone done the noise? I would come back just for the location alone
