LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! River Cottage Psalm 23 is just .1 miles of the Pkwy but is extremely private! No steps into the house, no hills, steeps roads, and long, curvy roads to get lost on! Avoid the traffic by hitting nearby Teaster Lane and Veterans Hwy. Easy to find and convenient. Close to Dollywood! Watch and listen to the Pigeon River from the living room and enjoy the abundance of wildlife just outside. Dixie Stampede is across the river and you can see the back parking lot from the deck! If you don't feel like driving, no problem, you can walk! Take peaceful walks along the river banks and you can even feed the ducks! Fisherman can cast their lines from the yard!

River Cottage Psalm 23 is a modern home with great furnishings. In both bedrooms there are queen beds, tv/dvd combos, closets, and plenty of drawer space for your stay. Master suite walks out to the private screened porch with hot tub overlooking the river!

Fully modernized custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coffee maker will be used as you wake up, open the blinds, and view the relaxing currents of the river. Washer and dryer is available for your laundry needs.

Perfect Spot For Your Tennessee Stay

Location is everything and this is it. You have privacy, even though you’re right in the heart of pigeon forge. Everything was as described except for fishing as the creek in this area is too low. However, fishing is any direction a few miles away. Place was clean, comfortable and the geese and ducks were plentiful. We saw little baby chicks. It was a lot of fun.

Love this little vacation cottage!

My mom, myself, and my boys had the best time at our “tiny vacation house”, as my little one called it! This is our second stay here and I can’t wait to return again! Close and convenient to the parkway and Dollywood! Quiet and nestled in nature. Cabin has everything you need!

Very sweet person in contact with. Very helpful and prompt. Literally my ONLY complaint was how dirty the tub was. Was scared to step in it. Ended up going and buying some cleaning supplies to clean it. Outside that I’d stay there 1000 times over. Very peaceful.

Wonderful little house

Wonderful stay. The sound of the river is so soothing. Even right behind the Stampede the town noise is low to nothing. Tons of wildlife. Property owners are very kind and answer question fairly quick. This is our second time staying and will come back.

Nice and close to everything.

Great cabin close to all entertainment and places to eat. The only problem we had was the shower door was broken and couldn’t hardly slide it and the tub drain stopper wouldn’t work. Everything else was great.

Perfect Place for our motorcycle trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage in Pigeon Forge. The host was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. The cottage was clean and right off the parkway, so very quiet at night. Sitting in the hot tub listening to the river was so relaxing after a day of riding. We also enjoyed feeding the ducks! The cottage had everything we needed and we definitely recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a great stay!

Birthday and Anniversary Get Away

I want to say, maybe a work in progress. Probably need a new cleaning staff.... The bathroom was a little small which was ok but the mold in the shower was not.. We have always stripped the beds before we leave a house we have rented. When I saw the mattress, I was sick all the way home knowing I was sleeping on that mattress in the condition it was in..
