Wild Thang Perfect for Your Christmas Vacation!!

The Location is the best there is in Pigeon Forge. Wild Thang is under new ownership as of 2018 every thing is updated from leather reclining sofa to new out door patio furniture to Queen Serta iComfort pillow top mattresses. Wild Thang is a true log cabin with all wood interior it has 2 bed rooms, queen mattress, sleeps 4 , washer and dryer, dish washer, full kitchen with all cookware, blender, coffee maker, can opener and toaster. Wild Thang has 2 decks , the master bedroom is the bottom floor where you have a private Jacuzzi inside and a hot tub on the deck, with a flat screen LED TV. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs and also is a queen bed with a full bathroom, and LED TV, This bedroom has a wonderful good morning feel to it as the sun comes up. The ground level floor is the kitchen that is fully furnished so you can cook your meals, and living room has reclining leather sofa, and leather recliner with a LED TV this level also has a deck with patio furniture. We now have the fastest Wi-Fi internet, and Comcast premium cable. Wild Thang is only 3 tenths of a mile to The Island in Pigeon Forge (we walk to the Island when we stay there) We are 2.5 tenths of a mile to The Ripken base ball complex, and 2 tenths of a mile to the LaConte center in Pigeon Forge. We are close. We are with in minuets to Dixie Stampede, The Old Mill, The Christmas Place, Bull Fish grill , Texas Road house, Huck Finns and many more attractions and restaurants, Remember that the Pigeon Forge area has some incredible dinner theaters too! Among these are the Dolly Parton’s Smoky Mountain Adventures , Dixie Stampede, Hatfield and McCoy shows and many more we are just minutes from all of them. We are 5 minutes to Dollywood also. Great food, entertainment and experience for the whole family! We decorate Wild Thang for the different seasons. This cabin is located just off the Parkway just off Teaster Lane, near the heart of Pigeon Forge. Wild Thang is not only our rental cabin, but our personal cabin that we stay in often. We make sure everything is well maintained.
Our customers tell us they can't get enough of this cabin's great location. During your stay, you'll be within walking distance of LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge. A water park and 1 hot tub are available. The cabin offers a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

Perfect getaway
My best friend and I go Christmas shopping every year in Gatlinburg. This cabin was the perfect location and accommodation for the trip. The host was super responsive and overall wonderful. Will definitely be back.

This is hands down the nicest cabin we've stayed in.It is spotless,extremely decorated well,and the location is the best I've ever had.Its really close to everything,When you arrive you feel right at home.The owners are really great to deal with and take alot of pride in their cabin.Its a must stay.We will be back for sure.

Nice cabin!
The cabin is ideally located, but you can hear the traffic of Pigeon Forge. It is very nice and exceptionally clean! There are three levels, and no bedrooms on the main level. You must take stairs up or down to the bedrooms. Be mindful of this if you are reserving with an older couple. Overall, we were really pleased.

We ere surprised, it seem the beds are both full size. Almost unheard of in current time. No closets presented a small problem. AD SAID SLEEPS 6 WE ONLY FOUND THE TWO BED ROOMS WITH BEDS. SHOULD STATE GROUND BEDROOM IS ALSO UP STEPS. Other than these things are stay was comfortable and cozy. Thank You !

Perfect for Ripken!
We stayed at Wild Thang for a tournament at Ripken. Not only did the house bring us good luck, with our son’s team winning the tournament, but the house was the perfect location — 5 minute walk to Starbucks, 20 minute walk (4 minute drive) to Ripken, and super convenient for exploring the Smokies. The house was perfect for our family of four, and the hosts were so thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!

This was a great location. It was so close to everything, but still felt like you were up in the mountains. The grocery store was 4 minutes away. The cabin was spacious and perfect for a family looking to get away. We will definitely be back!

The vacation rental was very clean and looked the same as shown on the website pictures. The back decks were also nice and very private. Master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our week stay at Wild Thang it was very close to attractions. Would definitely recommend.

It was okay. I did not like the bedroom in the basement. The bed was so high, I could hardly get out of the bed. So, I did not sleep down there, plus it was very cold down there.

Loved our stay at Wild Thang. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 3, clean, & loved that the hot tub was actually hot. Location is close to everything-grocery store is about 5 minutes away, Pigeon Forge parkway is a couple blocks from the cabin, and only about 15-20 minutes to Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with the location of the property close to all the shopping and dinning. Only downside to the property was getting our cars in and out of the driveway it was a little on the rough side. We do plan on staying again in the future though.
