The hotel itself was fine with very friendly staff. It was the location that was the problem. Especially a woman traveling alone. It is located in the parking lot behind an abandoned shopping mall. The area was very deserted and overgrown. I did not feel safe or feel safe leaving my car.

Pros- Easy check in. Staff very friendly and helpful let us checkout late. Cons- surroundings areas were abandoned and my toilet backed up. The area around the refrigerator was dusty and dirty and room had a weird smell.

We came to visit my son who attends seark college. Each time we go we end up staying here. Its clean and close by to all things. And i have to give a huge shout out to chef cc, who was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and really took care of the guests. I was up early and breakfast wasn't open yet but i needed coffee and she made sure the pot was fresh and ready for me to get some and just the nicest person. Front desk was also extremely helpful! Will definitely stay when we go to pine bluff.

The staff was so friendly and professional. They kept the place immaculate. Don’t let the old abandoned mall that it sits by scare you. The front desk lady showed me that they have video surveillance all the way around the hotel including the parking lot.
