Room was dirty, bathroom had hair on the towels and on the counter. One of the towels had a makeup stain on it. The shower curtain was ripped and the place was just on the dirty side. Key card wouldn't work and had to go ask twice about it at 11pm. Overall would never stay here again, but when you left the house at 730 in the morning and it is 11pm I was just happy to have a bed to sleep on.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets and blankets had stains on them. The towels and washcloths had an odd smell to them. We’ve stayed her several times and have never been like this. I’m not sure if there are new owners or what, but we won’t return.

One person working the desk- long line- gave a person and room and they came back and said they opened their door and there were already 2 dogs in it. When finally checked in- and our door handle fell off, returned and was told they were full snd maintenance did not cone until tomorrow so we would not have a place to stay. They did have someone cone fix it, and we we were able to stay the night

Would rather drive the 2 hours than stay here

The lighting was terrible in the lobby at check in. The lighting in the room want and better. I think the low lighting is to hide the stains, mold, dust, and hole in the wall. All the bedding was stained and in much need of replacement.

This used to be a good place to stay. The room had a bad smell and there was what looked like blood on the curtains. Shower head was nasty. I won’t be staying there ever again.

Only problem i had was the A/C in our room. Never cooled the room except from 2a.m. to 945a.m. Didnt want to lugg our items since i had already pulled out most of toiletries etc. So i nevee notified front desk about it
