Good but could be better

The hotel was average. The bathroom is really bad, all the shower fittings and the toilet are very loose and seem to be coming off. So far we like the fact that there is coffee and water available 24/7. Kids loved the water park which is new. The breakfast was average. There was no water in the room. Thanks for the microwave.

Great location

The location is great, near to the attentions and stores/restaurants. The water park is a plus. The bump cars were not open which is a disappoint. Breakfast was decent and coffee was available all day long.

The night staff was amazing at check in, great service and friendly. The day girl that checked us out, not so much. We inconvenienced her and took her away from her cell phone and she very rudely checked us out. The room was not cleaned, snot on the bathroom walls , hair everywhere and the ac clunked all night non-stop. The shining gem was the pool area, the kids loved it.

Nicely updated since my last visit there some years back. Quiet for the most part, although it is pet friendly and the dog in the next room was not happy when his owners left him alone around 7:30 AM! Breakfast was a bit disappointing but luckily a Perkins' Restaurant is attached. This hotel is VERY spread out, so if walking is difficult for you be sure to request a room near the lobby or elevator.
