All was great!

We only stayed one night. All was great, including breakfast. The pump of the body wash bottle came off and was replaced immediately. Beds were super comfy including the pillows! A big deal for me. Room came with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing staff… breakfast was really good! 100% recommended.

Enjoyed the stay, hotel very clean, bedroom very clean. Comfortable beds, nice big T.V. The one thing that l did not like was the bathroom was very small and wash basin was outside bathroom, not very practical . Breakfast was very good lots to choose from, fresh fruit was readily available. Staff were very friendly and polite. l would stay there again.

Rooms were not ready for at least 4 or 5 people. Came back and hour later and it was ready. Short of or not ready for eggs and sausages. No hot water for tea and ran out of coffee for a short period. We were told they were short staffed.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but this was our first time back since Covid. The renovations are really nice. Rooms are small but comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room, which could have been a staffing issue. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. The employees working the breakfast shift were especially attentive.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory with the pancake machine out-of-service and limited food items that were undercooked. Only entrance was the main, as card readers malfunctioned not just with me but observed by other patrons..
