The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and very friendly. However the noise levels were unacceptable. I could hear the people in the next room talking all evening and very early in the morning. It seemed like they were in my room. Also lots on noise in the hallways at 6:00 am which woke me up. The heating system if on auto kept going on however the blowing sound sounded like an leaf blower. I had to turn it off but then the room got cold. The small refrigerator would make noises and kept waking us up. I could hear water gurgling in the walls. The noise level made it a very unpleasant experience. The breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted like plastic. The waffle machine was broken. I don't think I will stay at this hotel next time I go to Plattsburgh.

Pool was close for maintenance and the only information we received was that the plumber should come. They could have told us that it wont be during the weekend. Check out is at noon so we kept our keys, left stuff in the fridge and went shopping. When we came back at 11h, housekeeping was in the room and almost done cleaning, she throw away the stuff in the fridge and lied to us about it. No one was at the front desk for check out so we could not share our experience. For the price we paid, which is higher than the average in this area, we were disappointed and wont come back or recommend it either.

The first room had dirty linens. Lipstick in pillow/ unchanged sheets. Requested a room change. The front desk was unapologetic for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. Area around hotel dark. Overflowing garbage can outside side entrance. Pool out of order. Bed was comfortable. Delicious cinnamon rolls available at breakfast. Morning staff seemed friendlier.

We were early and were able to check in right away. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable just a bit high for me. Staff was friendly. Location toeverything is excellent. Will book again.

Great stay!
It was a great stay. This is my second time staying here and I’ll probably come back. The breakfast is really good, def superior to some other “continental breakfasts” out there. Room was clean and comfy. Wish the bathroom was bigger but other than that it was great.
