Room was old, dingy and dirty. Ice bucket still had water in it. Tags from the previous occupants were still on the floor. Carpet was stained and sticky. The non-slip mat in the bathtub was gross and peeling, leaving a sticky mouldy residue. Pool was adequate but water was cold. Carpet in the pool area was odd to us as well. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was kind. Coffee was terrible.

Your property is in need of a renovation. Carpet smelly, stuffy in room. Sower clogged, with mold on ceramic You need to get a couple of charging stations for electric cars.

To be honest, I did not expect more than I bargained for at this property. It was merely convenient for my flight out of Plattsburgh. My room and linens were clean. The rug was pretty gross. Had to wear my flip-flops when walking around and going into the bathroom. The pool area was depressing. Water was freezing cold. Airpots were empty of coffee by 9:45 AM. The staff that I met were extremely nice and check-in process was efficient and pleasant.

The sheets were filthy as well as bathroom. I requested clean sheets the poor kid at desk was alone he gave me ckean sheets which i had to change myself

Pool heater was brokened, but staff notified us immediately. Lovely selection for breakfast. Room we got was a little small for a King sized bed, but otherwise clean. Honestly not much to complain about. Staff was nice upon welcoming and departure.

Nice place

Outside door is never locked and office is far from the bedrooms. Not enough parking space. The room smell good and is clean. Employes are nice and frendly.
