I was pleasantly surprised at how clean our room was. The young man at the front desk was really nice and always had a smile on his face. The young woman cleaning was also very nice and helpful.

Beds are horrible, very dirty

First my reservation was canceled, then they starting calling and texting me asking me why I wasn’t checked in. Then we got there I paid in cash she didn’t have any change. The beds are horrible and the room is filthy the bathroom door didn’t shut, the staff is non existent. Stood at the front desk 20 mins to get help and no one showed up.

Have a husband with disabilities they were giving me second floor no elevator they wanted him to walk on stairs he is on a walker terrible service I had called them for arrangements on room with disabilities I want my refund asap

Location was OK. TV worked, etc. What I didn't like was that we had to ask for towels. There was supposed to be coffee and hot water for tea in the morning. There wasn't.

Something bit me while i was sleeping. Initially given an occupied room. If you you need a place to lay your head and go, this works. I wouldn't extend my stay.

Maybe it’s just because it’s a motel 6. I’ve never stayed at one, but this hotel is old. Very cheaply updated. It’s has 2 stories with no elevator. If basic was a feature, this would it.

Staff was friendly, room was fairly clean and there was a coin-operated laundry facility, very helpful. However, issues were with a strong musty odor in bathroom and no elevator. We were on second floor and had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs.
