disappointed that Pool was closed

We booked this hotel several months ago and it offered value for money with so it seemed the possibility of using the pool. However, we found out just before travelling that as it was October it was closed. If we had known this earlier we might have booked another hotel. The staff at breakfast and at reception were all universally friendly and the bathroom and bed were very good too.
