Location is close to the everything. The room was decent. Weird layout of the hotel and front office did not mention it. Also no elevators for second floor so we had to carry all of our luggage.

They messed up our check in due to computers being down and put us in as a no show which wasn’t the case charged the wrong card and would not fix issue. We needed a correct receipt for reimbursement for our lodging and now we are paying out of pocket I will never stay at this location again

We waited a very long time to check in. There were two people working at the desk. When a spot opened, I stepped forward and Chelsea said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” But it was clear from her abrasive tone that she was upset that I stepped up to the counter. A line formed behind us. She was shuffling through papers. It seemed like work that could have been done later when there was not a line of people trying to check in, but I honestly wouldn’t have minded if she had been kind. It seemed like she was intentionally ignoring me. She kept shaking her head and muttering under her breath. A couple came in to say that they were supposed to have a water view room, and she told them that there wasn’t one available. They tried to show her the booking in their email, and she snapped at them “I don’t know what you want me to tell you. I am looking at my system right now, and there are no other rooms! If you want to get in line, I can try to help you but there are other people ahead of you.” Her tone was hostile. The gentleman working the counter was eventually able to check us in, and he was very nice. It was just very frustrating because we had a dinner reservation and very little time to get ready. We waited a very long time to check in, which seemed unnecessary, and in addition to that, Chelsea was incredibly rude and hostile. I paid quite a lot for 2 rooms, and was very disappointed with that experience. All of that said, the rooms were clean and the view was beautiful.

There were hairs in the sink from someone shaving. Mold in the grout and around the tub. Bathroom fan did not work. Restaurant service was not at all experienced

Everything was okay, the walls in the bathroom could be cleaner. The room I had is was very noisy at night. Wasnt able to sleep well. Unusually the rooms i got in the past was better.

I really enjoyed my stay here, everyone was so nice and the view from my room was spectacular, I had a last minute booking due to an emergency so I had gotten in just at midnight, the man working the counter not only was kind and checked us in, but he upgraded my room as well. Then later that night I had to eat to take some medicine and he gave us the most amazing burger I ever had. That view I cannot stress enough, the sound of the boats and the bird made it so easy to relax even though the circumstances were so sad. Thank you to everyone and I will recommend every time!

Pros: The room was nicely updated with decor and furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Cons: Bathroom was old and has yet to be renovated. It had clear evidence of mold on the grout in the shower area and smelled mouldy. The bathroom floor was dirty with head and body hair everywhere. Manager did come to the room to have it swept but it clearly needed to be vacuumed and mopped. One of the towels was stained and the other had hair on it. They definitely need to step up their cleaning services as the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable.
