Staff said I did not rent the room I reserved and when I showed her the picture of the room and the confirmation she said well I can upgrade you. I didn’t need an upgrade I just wanted the room I reserved, window was broken and taped, closet door had a whole in it, hot tub in room had scalding hot water and faucet was so hot it burned my arm. This hotel is dirty, staff is always outside smoking, breakfast is not appealing, elevators are dirty, came back to hotel in the afternoon to find my door left open by housekeeping, and not a thing was cleaned, didn’t even leave clean towels, just left the door open, when I asked her why she was in our room, she replied, “my bad”. Can’t imagine the health department is doing their job on this one. No sanitary wipes for any of the exercise equipment.

This is a terrible hotel in disrepair, drive further and do yourself a huge favor. There is nothing good about this place. Unfriendly staff, keys will only work for one day and have to go down to front desk to get new keys, but first you have to find the front desk person outside smoking, then they will tell you everyday you cannot put the door key by your phone, it will deactivate it, everyone knows every time housekeeper opens your door it deactivates your key 🙁

Property was average at best. Staff did not seem to be extremely responsive and did not seem to know their job. I was told by locals that the property is taken by eminent domain and was going to be torn down so they're not doing anything to upkeep it very well. That would make sense based on my experience. I would most likely not stay in this hotel again.

The pool was nice, but the carpet in the room had nasty spots on it and there was a small spot on the bedspread that looked like blood. Hearing the guests talk about all the bugs, dead and alive was quite alarming. The receptionist at the front desk didn't know how to smile and made you feel unwelcomed. I won't be back.

This Comfort Inn was the worst one that I've ever stayed at! It wasn't updated in any way and overall was dirty. Just really nasty. We would have left if we weren't already going to a booked concert that evening and too late arriving back to stay somewhere else. Avoid at all costs!

breakfast was just ok. no a/c in common areas. rooms are cleaned every three days. we asked for room to be for clean towels. not done. went to the front desk and was told they found one in the dryer and other was a stained one, but clean. key had to be reprogrammed 3 times because they need a new machine. staff was very courteous.

The room had multiple stains on closet doors and carpet. The door security latch was, ummm, missing. The desk chair seat was collapsed in the center. This was my second room after I requested to be moved because the first was dirtier and had numerous gashes in the walls.r!
