Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of service on Saturday morning and 2nd fl smelled like marijuana Saturday night. Our sofa bed had stained sheets. Plus they’d ran out of juice on Sunday morning!

Very Disappointing!

The room was far from clean and had a nasty smell. The carpets were very very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned for some time. The towels were old and worn out, like drying off with sand paper. Even though we were only there one night I had to get cleaning products and sanitize our room because of the awful smell.

Too pricey

The hotel was very clean and room was nice but the price for the room was over the top! We had one King size bed and a sofa pull out which was so uncomfortable my kids had body aches the next day!

Requested a room with two queen beds and was told that Expedia called and changed it to a king with pullout couch bed! Did not agree with change at all. Wonderful staff, otherwise stay was wonderful.
