This is a cute inn with friendly staff. After looking at the reviews I was apprehensive about staying here. I’m glad I did. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the coffee delicious. It was a great value for my two night stay.

2nd time a charm

First room the sink was a chipped mess and the room had an odor. I requested a diferent room. 2nd room the sink had a few chips room was better overall. The painter left paint on bathroom floor and there is gray paint on a white ceiling. Not important but i noticed. The service was friendly. Good breakfast. Overall had a restful quiet night so thats what is important when you are traveling. Thank you

The Lobby and hallways smelled strongly of perfumed cleaning spray/ solution, and it did not dissipate over night! The room was clean, except for a few sticky spots on the carpet.

Not worth it

Much too expensive for an average roadside hotel. The hallways smelled terrible, the juice machine at the continental breakfast didn’t work, the tables and desks were old and beat up. One of the window screens was missing. The tub/shower drain and sink drain were clogged. The bathroom had fruit flies, probably killed 10 of them while we were there. On the the plus side, the bed and sheets were comfortable and it did have a good fridge and microwave and the staff was friendly. We were visiting Freeport for the weekend saw lots of better options, next time we visit we’ll definitely stay elsewhere and closer to town. I also paid more through the hotels.com site than the walk in rate so that was upsetting as well

The raisin bagels for breakfast were great! The outside was dilapidated. Chairs were falling apart. General appearance was profoundly lacking. The spread and blanket on the bed were stained as well as curtains. The chair in my room looked like it was attacked by a 2 yr old with ice cream and jelly in hand. The chair was replaced. Place smelled like cooking and the hallway had some air freshener machine plugged in which mingled with the cooking smell. Location was convenient. Stayed 2 nights. Got what I paid for I guess.

We had a good time and we would definitely go back, but there were just a few things that weren't as clean as I was hoping they would be. Our floor was a little sticky and our room smelled pretty bad. The breakfast was nice and all the employees were super kind and The location was great.
