Great Hotel and location also offered valet. Only bad thing is valet was like $57. That’s kind of ridiculous but all in all great hotel.

The staff was friendly and the service was great. We also liked the breakfast. We had a hard time with the sofa bed which was uncomfortable and hard. Also some of the pillows were not in good condition.

When we got on our room we noticed we didn't have enough towels for two people or coffee cups. We called to the desk and the lady at the desk told us we would have to come down and get them ourselves from her, told her no we weren't walking down there because it was a long ways from the elevator so she made it happen but it was after 10:00 at night. I I would suggest that they put two towels per person in the bathroom. Also have a coffee cup for each person that has reserved the room.

Good for the price
Decent place, good location, reasonable price… EXCEPT PARKING! Come on, people, when the price of parking is literally almost 50% of the room price, you are REALLY price-gouging the parking. There are SEVERAL nearby parking lots with prices 50% lower (even if you come and go and have to break up the stay into multiple fees), so unless you’ve got money burning a hole in your pocket and value convenience over all else, skip the parking! We also had a lot of toddler tears one night after housekeeping accidentally took my son’s security blanket (probably wrapped it in the sheets) and we couldn’t get it back until the next day. Ooooops!!

I love staying at this place. The location and convenience to walkable restaurants are a plus. My only comment is there was trash behind the lamp tables. Perhaps the cleaning lady forgot to inspect this area.

The hotel was centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a reasonable number of options and was served nicely. My only surprise was that there was no on-site parking, we ended up paying about $25 to park overnight at a nearby parkade.

good place to stay.
We needed a one night stay, and this was a good place. Some restaurants in walking distance also a cafe at the hotel but it was closed when we checked in around 9:00 pm. The staff was friendly and the valet didn't mind bringing the car back so I could get my book out of the car. Nice big TV, several lamps good for reading, also convenient outlets for charging phones. All staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Great deal. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room didn’t feel super new but clean. Loved having some extra space and couldn’t hear much from other rooms. Great for kids w a pool and free breakfast.

Upon arriving late, the person at the front desk was not all that friendly. Then, when I asked about the valet, I was told it was after 11 and as such, it was closed. No suggestions to say that just down the street there was easy, safe and inexpensive over night parking available. Then we get into our room, there is a dirty toilet (that clearly had not been cleaned since the last guest), there was a beer bottle cap laying on the floor and there was long hair on the bathroom floor (my son and I have short hair). A disappointing experience.

The hotel was perfect for what we were wanting. Staff were always super friendly and the room was a decent size (king room). Breakfast was delicious with so many options and super convenient. The pool was great. Overall, would stay here again and well worth the price.

Place did not have it's own parking garage. There was either street parking or a garage for $24 for overnight parking. Sheets and towels were only done every other day, for guests. Towels had to be requested on the odd day instead of provided.
