The hotel was great! We booked 2 master suites for 12 people and the rooms were huge. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the city centre where you can walk to different nice places.

Great location, very convenient. Parking onsite nearby, underground. Close/walking distance to shopping, restaurants, many sites. Terrific buffet breakfast included in the stay. Complimentary Self serve coffee, hot water, latte, hot chocolate, etc machine always available on the 5 th floor. The 5th floor had a really nice common area with great patio with spectacular night time views

Staff is exceptionally committed to customer service. Location is ideal as all major attractions are walkable. Paid parking is worth the extra charges. Parking garage is safe and secure. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast could have been better, which is the only thing which the hotel needs to look into further improvement.
