Great hotel ….
Impressive hotel, service very good with all colleagues friendly and helpful. Personally I would have liked a set of drawers for underwear/socks etc and cream doesn’t taste nice in tea so pots of milk also . But would definitely stay there again.. breakfast was well organised and suited all nationalities .. well done … also very well situated.

There is a lot to like about this property but flat out lying about having "Family Friendly Laundry Facilities", much less any laundry facilities at all, killed the experience. There are no such facilities at this hotel. The staff suggested a laundromat a little bit away from the hotel. Unfortunately, the laundry machines there were faulty and spun for one hour and a half before releasing our clothing. And the dryer never heated up at all, requiring an additional trip across town to find a dryer that worked. This false advertising is not limited to this hotel, unfortunately. I stayed in 6 European hotels in September and October that advertise such a service that does not exist. I suspect there are probably hundreds or thousands more on Expedia worldwide that lie about the availability of such services to entice families to stay there. Instead, the bait and switch is that they offer you laundry service, which will clean your bank account fast, or you waste a day of your vacation traveling to an outside laundromat. Stay away unless they come clean about their amenities, no pun intended.

Great hotel in a good location close to tram and metro stops but easily walkable into the old town of Prague. The hotel is exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hairdryer is attached to the bathroom wall so I had to dry my hair in the bathroom, also it kept cutting out so I had to be quick drying my hair. I would have preferred a standard hairdryer that I could use in the room and a mirror with a plug socket nearby. Other than that the breakfast was great, really big selection of food and the staff worked really hard. The hotel bar is lovely and comfortable and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay in this hotel again as it’s super clean and close to everything that you need.

Clean hotel at a convenient location.
Great location and clean and comfortable room. Pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable. We ordered pizza from room service and it was very thin and not properly cooked. We could taste the raw dough. Receptjonist said everyone enjoys the pizza. We didn’t. Great breakfast options.

Good location but not a 5 star
Nice hotel in the heart of Prague on the edge of Old Town and New Town, so perfect for exploring everywhere on foot and one minute from the main tram line. Our room smelt of BO so we asked to change. Staff obliged but our new room wasn't clean. We found a clump of foreign hair. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied but the hot food was luke warm. We got a bottle of prosecco on arrival and there is free prosecco in reception. The room overlooked a courtyard so no views. Overall great location but needs to be cleaner. A 4 star not a 5 star.

Beautiful hotel in quiet but central spot
Absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were tastefully and stylishly decorated. The beds were very comfortable and it was very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday during our 4 night stay. As for the breakfast, there was a huge variety and well presented. The staff very very nice, polite and effecient. The location was perfect l, only minutes walk to the central area, yet it was a quiet area (we did go in October so not sure what its like in other periods). If i were to come again i'd definitely stay here. Thought i'd share a couple of restaurants that were very reasonably priced and really good Czech food : Kozlovna U Paukerta and Restaurace Stoleti very close by.
