The hotel staff were the best! We were coming in late and they held our room for us and greeted us with a smile. This hotel had the best room of our entire trip. A couch, super comfy beds, and very clean. Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The Baymont Hotel in Pratt, KS was very nice. The suite was well laid out, and the furnishing appeared to be fairly new. Overall accommodations were excellent. The breakfast area was very nice, and breakfast food and drink choices were very good. The staff lady I chatted with during and after check-in was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying there again.

Room was clean and spacious and handicap shower was super. It had a fold down bench and the water flow was excellent not too forceful or too weak. We will definitely stay there again

First off..the facility was beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Linda, the front desk associate was amazing and went above and beyondher required job. I wish every motel had someone like Linda. Thank you so much for greeting me with a smile.

On the main level we experienced water coming in from air condition or window. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work well. Even floor at the wall behind bathroom as if after taking shower water came through. Otherwise staff and cleanliness were very good.
