Refrigerator Debacle

After picking up key at brokers office we went to grocery and bout food for the week. Loaded up the refrigerator. Next morning we discovered that it was barely working, freezer not working at all. They knew it was broken and didn’t tell us in advance. Parts had been ordered and it was repaired on day 7 of our 14 day trip. They did communicate after we called them and gave us an allowance for the spoiled food and inconvenience. Overall it’s a lovely property and very comfortable. The lack of communication at first was disappointing. Also the dishwasher needs repair. It is not secured into the cabinet correctly and tips. If you are in a group with 2 vehicles that is a problem with this property there is only one parking space. The owner keeps a vehicle parked in the garage. Pool is very nice and it is an easy walk to restaurants.

Wonderful vacation home

Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Kauai. Wonderful size for our group. Great communication prior to trip - they even provided a crock pot at our request. The pool / hot tub were great.

Beautiful rental

We absolutely loved staying here. The kids loved the pool and it was nice and peaceful and quiet. The pool has a lot of rules though, no screaming or yelling or toys or games. There are disgruntled old people who lay by the pool hoping for total silence who will make remarks when your kids are being kids in the pool. But overall we found most people didn’t mind our small well behaved kids enjoying the pool. We enjoyed the body boards and beach chairs, the kitchen had great pots and pans and appliances (although the stove is a bit mysterious with the faded controls). It’s also very spacious! Lots of room for everyone.

Amazing all around!

The house is as described, very clean, spacious and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and pots for eating in after a long day at the beach. The neighborhood grounds is beautifully maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool which was a short distance away. Hanalei is a very cute, local town. The beaches were close by and the lush scenery on our drive was breathtaking. We will definitely come back!

This place had everything!

This place had everything to make our stay fabulous. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler to take to to the beach everyday. The kitchen was full stocked with everything we needed to make meals at "home" (pans, utensils, etc.) and save a little bit of money. And finally, the pool area was fantastic...great bbq area, chairs, and clean bathrooms. We weren't there much but had a great time when we were there. Fabulous home!

This was an awesome place

We loved how spacious the house was! Everything was clean and tidy. Perfect for a bigger family. They also had everything we needed when it came to kitchen supplies, so we were able to cook quite a bit. The pool was clean and nice as well and it was great to be able to use all chairs and floaties and boards they provided to go to the beach. Check-in was super easy as well!

Master bath shower needs new grout. mold !stained. Beach chairs very worn. Kitchen could use basics like olive oil, foil wrap, etc. There was nothing. Why not get a coded door lock so that keys aren’t an issue? Pool and property are fantastic!

Peaceful, beautiful condo!

This was a great location for exploring Princeville and north shore areas. Rooms are spacious, super clean, and condo is well appointed! We used the snorkels, beach chairs, & cooler for our beach day at Annini Beach! Washer & dryer came in handy as well as close pool access. We had a slight misunderstanding about picking up the house key in Lihue, wish that had been shared within our reservation emails. Luckily the rental office coordinated with a local employee who brought us her key within minutes of our arrival

Exactly as described it was an awesome condo with fantastic amenities and presentation was 10/10

The meet and greet was fantastic. I'd organised an early drop off of our luggage that was kindly accommodated, the property was very clean, beautifully presented with fantastic amenities. My children loved the bikes and the chairs and umbrella so handy for our daily trips to beach. We were a family of 6 and easily fit and accommodated we never felt like we were on top of each other. I would stay here again no hesitation.

Spacious, clean, ideal location, perfect for a family

The accommodations were spacious and perfect for our family of 4 with a bedroom for each of our kids A large open kitchen and living room with garage parking and all the necessary requirements with beach chairs and umbrella. The location was perfect for walks in the morning and centrally located, near the supermarket and some great beaches.and everything the North Shore has to offer.

Great North Shore Stay

We loved staying in this condo! It was very comfortable for our family of 6. We loved having beach chairs, umbrella, fins, etc for our use in the garage. The pool and spa area are very nice (although my kids kept getting in trouble for being loud and ‘breaking’ pool rules when I thought they were behaving just fine for kids. At the pool it felt a little bit like a retirement community). Overall it was a great place to stay for us and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
