the hotel was under construction and we waited 30 minutes to check in as the entire staff went to dinner at the same time (8:30). parking was a bear as the use the lot for long term airport parking as well. The room was clean and in looked newly renevated. The shower was a bit tight for a bigger guy. The outside sign is not lit up so easy to drive by.

Stayed here for three days. They were under construction which we were unaware of. Limited food options around the area, but the room was nice and everything was renovated. Some things were a little dusty but nothing to crazy. Would definitely stay here again, people in the front were super nice.

We stayed one night before an early flight out because it is so close to the airport. It was fine. They are in the middle of construction but it was clearly marked. Room was clean. Check in was quick and fine. In the morning we went to check out and have the front desk call the shuttle. There was a man who was sleeping in a chair on the customer side who I assumed was a guest also waiting for the shuttle. He mumble “checking out?” so I said yes and continued to the desk, unaware he was an employee. He then mumbled something else with his hood up and face in his hands because he was still trying to sleep, and I didn’t respond. He then in an irritated tone said “do you have your keys?” And I said no, they are in the room. Then he said okay and pointed to the door and said “wait over there” and I said someone else waiting for the shuttle. Then I realized he did work there, just was incredibly unprofessional. I work night shift, have for many years. It’s hard sometimes, but there wasn’t even a thought of an attempt at professionalism here.

When we booked there was no mention of being under renovations. The rooms were not clean and we ended up leaving and did not spend the night. We basically checked in and after our event, checked out based on how dirty the rooms appeared.

I booked this hotel through expedia. There was no mention that it was a construction site. I checked in…I was followed up to my room by a strange man. I felt very uncomfortable. He stood outside my room..I did not feel comfortable going in so I went back down to the “lobby/construction site” and they had given my room number out in error to this guy. I asked for another room. Went there. The key did not work. Back down to the construction site again- I have been traveling for 15 hours….finally got to my room. I want to cancel my stay here on Sunday as there is nowhere to eat close by. The whole place is a shambles but Expedia won’t give me a refund. Will not be using it ever again.

I didn’t like that when I booked my room it said there was a restaurant and bar. The lady said it was on the booking site somewhere. It should have been in big letters! I ended up having a fab dinner next door. Great room and bed!

Current construction but....
I gave the property 3 stars ( average) because of current construction going on a the property. The room itself was great. Construction didn’t bother us from our room. You currently need to enter from the back of the property. Now you're aware about the current construction and it wont bother you once in you’re room. If the price is right for you, go ahead and book a stay. The location is right across the street from the airport making it really convenient for you’re flight (especially early morning).

After reading bad reviews I contacted front desk to confirm that none of the amenities advertised were available. False advertising! I canceled and they refused refund. Stating non refundable. But they were not providing what they advertised. I will persist with this matter.

The property is doing renovations on the first floor. The front entrance is blocked off. There’s an alternate entrance on the side of the building, but you can’t see it from the street. Also, the hotel’s sign doesn’t light up at night, so if you’re arriving after sunset, good luck finding it. At check-in, the receptionist was cold and impersonal. She only answered questions that were asked. Our room was on the second floor and it was much better than the first floor. Our room was perfect in condition, comfort and cleanliness. However, we didn’t get any housekeeping services during our three day stay because we hadn’t asked for it in advance-something the receptionist could have told us at check-in.
