Dirty bathroom, water tub did not go down. A/C was not working second day I was moved out of that room. The bed sofa had no sheets. Lots of mildew and outside lots of smell of people smoking pot.

Would not recommend this hotel
We took a family vacation and the stay was average, but I was very disappointed with the room. The pictures of the room was deceiving making it look much nicer and newer than it actually was. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it had a dingy/musty odor. The carpet was very dirty and disgusting. My kids walked around in their socks and they were black from the carpet dirt. There were cobwebs everywhere inside on the walls and vents and the ceiling fan did not work. The shower on the loft floor did not have water pressure and the shower on the bottom floor kept turning off and on. I just did not feel like the room was clean at all and felt very uncomfortable in the room. The front desk staff were not very friendly. Every time I wanted to change my towels they questioned how long I am staying and why I need so many or why I even need clean towels at all. They said they could only give me what I return dirty, like an even exchange. The one day I went to get new towels, there were none and I had to return in the afternoon and there were still none when I returned. The pool was nice, but towels are nowhere to be found and had to go to the front desk for them which again questioned how many I needed. Breakfast was ok and the breakfast staff were very nice and friendly.

I spent over 10 days. I had a first floor unit as I requested. That was important to me. Plenty of closet space.Pet friendly. Small apartment-like unit. Great parking outside my door. Clean. No bugs or insects. Only two things I would suggest. Room carpets should be cleaned/shampooed. Laundry room needs to upgrade. Coin operated is old school. But the machines worked accept one..
