Kick back on the living room sofa to stream your favorite Netflix movies or shows on the mounted flatscreen TV then head out to experience the sights, sounds, and activities of the downtown area. Have some work to do while you're here? You'll have a work desk available with plenty of room for your laptop and devices, and the home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. You'll have board games to play around with, plus a collection of books to explore during your downtime. When it's time to wrap up for the evening, you'll have a double murphy bed in the living room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
