Not a really great intro to the place with staff - mom is hard of hearing and sometimes things need to be repeated and staff wasn’t very accommodating to this to a point where my mother asked me to stay with her to help. Room was pretty good paid extra for a partially obstructed view of the river - As much as we love and always stay at Holiday Inn I don’t see staying at this one in the future. This is just our experience here -

Disappointing for the Price

Overall, disappointing for the high price point. The hotel is old and in major need of updating. Lots of visible wear and tear in our room. Room was comfortable but felt very dark and dated and needed a lot of maintenance work. Pool and hot tub had a lot of cracked plaster and missing paint and were not very clean. On the good side, the staff is welcoming and efficient. On-site restaurant was very good.

So enjoyable!

We had a wonderful two night stay. The reception staff were friendly and made us feel so welcomed! Our Suite was very comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to the area!
