The property, the staff was really kind, everybody since the reception area, housekeeping, bartenders, waitress were friendly and make your stay wonderful, my family and I love the lazy river, the food were amazing a lot of options, lobster, sushi, meat, turkey, pasta and pizza. They have a lot of activities for children, the entertainment team work very hard to entertain, on the 25th Santa came and gave gifts to every children, I will definitely come back to Royalton Punta Cana

The roof leaked all over the property. The flooring is all very slippery and dangerous when wet. Ground level rooms have mold/mildew. The guest relations people don’t care and are rude, there is constantly a line of people with complaints. Their app only allows you to book reservations for 4 people, even if you have a room that sleeps more. When you show up with your entire group they either turn you away or treat you like you’re trying to steal by all eating together even though it is their apps issue not yours. This is our third time to the Dominican, first and last time to this resort. Join the facebook groups for this resort and you will see this is not just my group who had this issue, but about 50\50. One guy in front of us at guest relations had a bed covered in mold and the shower ceiling falling in. They refused to give him money back and made him wait until someone else checked out to move him.
