Can't say much as we were there one night and hardly in the room but for the time we were there the staff were nice, it was quiet and the room was clean and bed comfortable.

Stayed here twice and all went well. It’s clean,quiet and only a few miles from Lake George,Shopping outlets etc. Will be coming again.

The hotel is o.k. We were with kids and took it just for one night. They gave us the room just near the staircase, so when we were just about to sleep, we had to listen to the doors opening and closing 100 times.

Non smoking room was a smoking room.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom floor looked like it was used as an ashtray. So bad we felt like our lungs were affected by it

Friendly and accommodating staff

Staff up front very helpful. Requested to switch room so not on street side and asked for 2nd floor, very accommodating. Room was average, bathroom a bit small and breakfast is limited, waffle, cereal yogurt and fruit, coffee and juice and breakfast room could be expanded

Good, but it need few cleaning touch ups.

The lobby is spotless. Rooms not so much, greasy fingerprints on furniture and doors, windows, outside garbage overflowing, some bathroom fixtures fixed with duct tape, hot breakfast means waffles, yogurt and apples and coffee, in 4 by 4 feet breakfast area. Staff was very nice, location was great.
