I thought for the money I paid that the service would have been better. The bathroom wasn’t clean I cleaned it myself housekeeping came in and only made the bed

We traveled with a college sports team and the staff were very supportive and friendly. The lobby was comfortable and the amenities were small but clean and convenient.

I would like to start by saying that this property was less than I expect from a Marriott. My son and I stayed for 4 nights due to a summer camp he was attending. The air conditioning was not working/turned on in the halls on the floors or in the elevator, it was stifling hot. I told the front desk and the staff member said they were aware. He also said “ is the AC working in your room? That’s what you are paying for” I thought this was ridiculous to say. Next, the pool is not adequately maintained. No chemicals could be detected by smell and the water was yellow. I asked the front desk about this and I was told the pool chemicals were checked once a week. I am sure this doesn’t meet standards. The gym needs a mat to do floor work/sit ups. Both myself and another woman were not happy…it costs a minimum amount to provide this. There is a Starbucks in the lobby (awesome!) but which is open for maybe 3-4 hours in the mornings. The rooms were clean, the location was excellent for us. The beds were comfortable.

Lovely hotel, conveniently located next to the convention center. The room was fantastic. I do wish they carried the Turner Classic Movie channel (TCM), and it was frustrating that parking was not included. Otherwise a great stay.
