We got there around 10 or 11? There was a sign at the front desk saying that they were busy and to wait and help ourselves to coffee or tea (both not available) We waited for at least a half an hour and other people were waiting as well. Rang the bell, others rang the bell incessantly. We had our very tired son in the vehicle and it was raining. They only had one person working and that person said he was helping a guest. After checking us in, he gave us no direction on where our room was so we spent more time wandering just to find our room. Was told he was the only employee working. Complained to hotels.com and got a $25 credit, woo-hoo.
Layout was odd, like it had been remodeled and blank space was left. Room was clean, so thats a reason for not just 1 star. Breakfast attendant was friendly and kept items stocked, thankful for her as well.
