The property was being remodeled. It should never have been open for business. Shame on Expedia for booking this hotel under these conditions. We will NEVER AGAIN USE Expedia to book a hotel.

I rented a room for my 8 year old daughters birthday, for the sole purpose to take her swimming at the only place in red bluff with an indoor pool. It was close our whole stay, very disappointing!

I use a walker and the tiles were torn up and loose and no other way around to the elevator. Also the the pool and hot tub were closed . We paid for them and no discount offered or upgrade offered when asked for. Not pleased .

Elevator out due to tiling floor. Had to carry bags upstairs. Ended up routed outside in rain all around hotel to get anywhere. Tub stopper didnt work. Hair dryers are 30 years old. Hot tub and pool closed.

So the hotel is going through some major renovations. I would have thought that if they were still welcoming guests then more could be done to hide all the work and mess. The gal who checked us in was pretty unfriendly and preoccupied. No friendly welcome at all. On a positive note, the room was great and the breakfast delicious.

Nice hotel. It was under renovation, which meant the back door lock was not working, which I wish they had told me as I had to walk around the hotel at 6:30am Otherwise nice facility and friendly staff.
