The beds are the most comfortable od any hotel that I have ever spent a night in. I slept like a baby. The staff is alwayd helpful with a good sense of humor too. The pool and hot tub are comfortable but is starting to show their age.

We couldn’t get into our room until and hour after check in. When entering our room, there was poop in the toilet and hair in the shower. Very disgusted.

Nice place

Good location, clean and friendly staff. My only concern was the lighting in the parking lot. It was a little dark. That would be a change I would suggest!

Had to change room, window shade broken. After cleaning, room never should have been cleared for occupancy until all items have been checked out and corrected. No matter how small an inconvenience, customers remember those things. Coffee in lobby empty, exterior garbage cans overflowing, etc

We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The hours were great, letting us use the facilities after dinner. Breakfast was ample, decent fare. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mediocre at best

Got there at 3 for checkin, told it would be 30 minutes. Waited 45 still not ready. Had to leave for our event. Got back at 8 and checked in. Bathroom was lacking supplies and carpet was damp. Large wedding party was in the lobby hanging out loudly until at least 1130. No offer of recomp was made for our inability to check in, or any appology offered. Won't use this hotel for our next stay. Made us sad, as our stay at their hotel in DL was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
