Eagle Crest Resort on Golf Course with Hot Tub

Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!'

Plan a fun family getaway at this Central Oregon resort near the majestic Cascade Mountains. You'll have an amazing time at this three bedroom Eagle Crest vacation townhome that overlooks the Ridge Golf Course. There's even a private hot tub on the deck for relaxing after a day of hiking the resort's many trails or playing a game of basketball at the Ridge Sports Center.

Calming hues of greens and grays invite you inside to the tall-ceilinged living room, dining room, and open kitchen area. There are pops of color from the red throw pillows and lots of light from the French doors leading out onto the deck. From out there, you can have a seat and watch the golfers or just sip some afternoon tea while you read a book.

A gas fireplace keeps this open space all cozy feeling, and when you come home and start a fire, everyone can settle back on the sofa and watch cable on the flat screen TV or pop in a DVD. There's a large coffee table to spread out snacks for the game or a puzzle for the kids to work on while the adults socialize.

In the bright, full kitchen you'll have a stovetop/oven, refrigerator, double sinks, and dishwasher for preparing meals. Everything from homemade clam chowder to preparing a simple pasta meal is easy here. And if you just want to heat up your leftover stuffed pork chops, seafood skewers, and flat iron steak from the previous night's dinner at Niblick and Greene's restaurant, that's fine too. Whatever you decide to eat, the dining room table will seat six comfortably for meals.

Right out on the deck, besides the lovely high desert and golf course view, you can use the gas grill to prepare a late lunch or just have a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A collection of patio furniture provides a comfortable spot for an al fresco meal or a place to relax in the afternoon sun.

Also on the main floor is the soothing and spacious master bedroom. With a view of the deck and hot tub from a large picture window, this room gets a lot of natural light. Wake up refreshed in the AM, pull open the curtains, and get ready to start your day. Or, just grab a mug of coffee in the kitchen and come back to your room for a lazy morning of reading in bed (you are on vacation, after all). The luxurious master bath boasts a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, and a separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms include a queen bed and two twins. These two nicely-sized bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each room has comfortable bedding, accessories like bedside tables and lamps, and dressers for storing clothes. This home will sleep six guests comfortably as well as one small dog (though a nightly fee per dog and a minimum fee per stay will apply).

While staying at Eagle Crest, you'll enjoy some of the best resort amenities available in Central Oregon! This home offers six free passes to the resort's recreation centers, and additional passes can be purchased if desired. With so many fantastic ways to have fun in Eagle Crest, you will love it here. The resort is home to two championship golf courses, as well as a popular 18-hole putting course. The Ridge Course is even open all winter long! Enjoy a unique outdoor Oregon experience by skiing in the morning, and playing golf in the afternoon.

When it is cold and chilly out, the downhill ski areas of both Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo are less than 40 miles away. Mt. Bachelor offers cross-country and snowshoeing opportunities, as well as classes for beginners. And Hoodoo, on Santiam Pass, also offers cross-country and a tubing area - fun for the whole family.

The eleven miles of paved trails throughout the resort offer a way to explore the area, watch for wildlife, or just get in your morning jog. The three sports centers include swimming pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, and exercise equipment. You can even learn how to play pickle ball. Don't worry if you get dirty while playing a game or horseback riding at the equestrian center, because back at your townhome you have a washer and dryer waiting.

Year-round, day trips to the small, western-themed town of Sisters make for family-friendly outings - especially during the Annual Sisters Rodeo in June. But anytime of year you can grab a coffee drink at Sisters Coffee Company and wander the Old West town's galleries and shops. The vibrant, nearby town of Bend offers shopping (both downtown and in the Old Mill district), restaurants, breweries, and galleries. The Oregon High Desert Museum, just outside of Bend and only 23 miles from the townhome has glimpses into the area past and future with outdoor animal exhibits, art, and history installations.

This Eagle Crest vacation rental is well situated to enjoy the best that this popular, family-friendly resort and all of Central Oregon has to offer. Sit on the deck and watch the golfers, soak in the hot tub, take advantage of the eight permanent outdoor Pickleball courts and two indoor Pickleball courts, or bike the high desert trails - no matter how you decide to spend your time, the whole family will feel right at home here.

Family Vacation
Enjoyed the stay, property was clean though a bit dated. There were some maintenance items required as the upstairs twin bed frame was broken, a lamp base was broken, and one set of doors to the laundry closet was broken and the dishwasher was not affixed properly so would fall forward from the wall. These should have been easy fixes which would have improved the overall experience and overall rating. Otherwise we’ll maintained and suited our needs

The townhome was quite pleasant and well kept. We had plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace and big screen TV. It was a solemn visit because we were in town for my mother's memorial service, however we would like to come back and spend some more time.

Family reunion at Eagle Crest
Honestly, most of experience was fine. One BIG negative- had to share residence with mice. Could have been cleaner. Felt Vacasa should have compensated for mouse issue differently. Instead of a discount on a future rental, which I am not likely to pursue, we should have been given a discount on the place we rented that had the problem.

A group before us took a swim pass which caused extra work and money for us.
Overall we enjoyed our experience. A couple things to note that would be helpful is coffee filters and scissors. Also there was a chair torn upon arrival. This with the combo of the lack of swim pass caused some frustrations throughout the trip. Nice house and accommodations otherwise.

Stay review
I had plans for adults to use the twin beds that are very worn out. The mattresses crackle and squeek every time someone moves. Place could use a good dusting. Some repairs needed: missing trim in the stairwell has nails sticking out, looks like the screen was pried out on the master window and really needs a railing on the porch. Was a little dicey getting some of my older family up the stairs to get in the front door. Otherwise, a great stay and well stocked for convenience.

Needs some deep cleaning
This is a great location for a short family get away, but this unit does need some updates and it needs to be deep cleaned. The vent for the AC was covered in thick dust and for people with allergies it wasn’t good. The decorations were also covered in thick dust. Upon arriving we discovered every single bathroom towel, including the hand towels and wash clothes, were still wet. Whoever cleaned before we came knowingly put very wet towels away in the bathrooms. I rewashed and dried the towels. The floor was not very clean - dirt under the chairs, small bracelet beads with letters on the rug, a couple of stickers stuck to the floor in front of the reclining chair, all very obvious things that should’ve been caught by the cleaning crew. The first morning we were getting ready and I was in the shower when the water shut off! Come to find out maintenance didn’t know anyone was here, even though our car was still parked outside! A knock at the door or a note letting us know the water would be off for our building would’ve been nice. We love this area but would probably choose to not stay in this particular unit again.

Decent but not amazing
The good: The hot tub was in excellent condition and was roomy and heated up easily! The wifi was good. The location was great. Overall the kitchen was well stocked. The not so good: the condo wasn't in good condition. The doors to the laundry closet came off as soon as we opened them (literally fell off), other closet doors got stuck, there was lots of general wear and tear throughout the place. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, something that we've always had provided in all of our VRBO stays. There were hardly any towels... we had a party of 7 (the condo sleeps 8), and I think there were a total of 8 bath towels. So between everyone using the hot tub we didn't even have enough dry towels for everyone after their showers. Kind of odd.

Luxurious is absolutely not a word I'd use to describe this rental property!
We arrived November 17 and were supposed to stay until the 26th! We left the 19th....the carpets were filthy dirty and stunk in a very bad way! Killed two big spiders, hairs in our bed and bathroom floors. Rugs are dirty. In need of a major remodel. Also, if you love watching sports there are NO channels! It was awful on all levels!!!!

A Relaxing Vacation
The house description was right on. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our family had an amazing vacation in this house. We celebrated Christmas, hot tubbed under the stars, built snowmen, went sledding down the little hills just off the porch, and watched movies in the warmth of a cozy house. The table was a perfect size for all 8 of us and the Christmas dinner fixings. The property manger was gracious in accommodating our family and very helpful when we had, what seemed like, silly questions. We look forward to making this a relaxing family tradition and would recommend this house to any one.

Very Nice, Clean, Well-Kept Townhome
This property was as advertised. Excellent location in Eagle Crest, very clean and quiet. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 plus dog. The kitchen was well stocked. And VACASA was extremely professional and organized. It made the trip so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular unit to anyone. Thank you!

Eaglecrest is great but houskeeping needs to improve
Having left our home before seeing your email about the check in time, we arrived around 2:00p.m. No one was there cleaning but it appeared housekeeping had been there because of footprints leading to and from the house in the snow. The beds were made, clean towels were in place, and other things made it evident that it was supposed to be ready. No one ever showed up after that time to tell us it was not ready or to finish cleaning. After unloading and looking around we found a few things that were probably not up to your standards. Observations - The kitchen/living room floor had not been cleaned (and we're a family that takes its shoes off before going beyond the door) so after sweeping and finding a ring, a penny and lots of dust bunnies and crumbs, I then mopped the floor so we knew it would be clean to start our stay. Why would the extra toilet tissue be under the sink in the master bath rather than in the room with the toilet? BIG inconvenience. There was no soap in the master bathroom so we had to scrounge around and found one bar in the kitchen which meant we had to keep moving it back and forth between the shower and sinks. The rug in the master bath was filthy and rather tatty and the shower towel/rug was so stained it looked like it had been run over by a truck or someone had dyed their hair then used it to get the excess dye out. The extra trash bag (and only 1?) was in the laundry area rather than in the kitchen where the trash can is. I could go on with other things but they probably would seem minor and petty. We paid good money to have a clean place to stay and this was not! I personally will not stay at that location again. Perhaps you need to review your cleaning staff and see who is or is not preparing the house properly. We enjoy Eagle Crest but things seem to be going downhill in the housekeeping area.
