Clean and comfortable
The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked. The only disadvantage was the lack of an elevator and I was on the 3rd floor. The luggage dumb waiter was helpful though. I would book again.

Very nice location just near the dunes that separate the Hotel area from the many-miles long ocean beach. On the other side from the Hotel - multiple pizzerias and restaurants for those who need them.

I liked the proximity to the beach, the comfortable bed, and the full size refrigerator. You have to use a dumbwaiter to get you luggage, cooler, etc upstairs. I was on the other side in room 316 a long walk from the dumbwaiter. There should be a cart near the dumbwaiter to help transport luggage to room.
