2 ladies that checked me in were very rude for no reason. I literally said hello when I walked in and that's it. I received catty attitudes and was dismissed when I asked about the smoking room I requested and paid for online. They said I would have to pay again and wait an additional 2hrs for cleaning. Also was only given 1 room key for my wife and i. Very poor service and absolutely didn't deserve the attitude.

The property is across from the Legends shopping area and the store Scheels. The area around the property may make some people nervous, as it appears to be sketchy. I have stayed at WV many times. The price is affordable, the rooms are clean and management is accommodating.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The casino was smoky, but hey, it's a casino. I wasn't impressed with the diner where I had prime rib. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again.
